List each institution separately: seat count, annual tier/rate, subscription term and subtotal. Current standard tiers are 500–999: GHC 40; 1,000–2,999: GHC 25; 3,000–4,999: GHC 18; 5,000–9,999: GHC 15; 10,000+: GHC 10 per seat annually. These are whole-cohort rates, not marginal bands. No pooling discount is implied.

Separately scope and price implementation, migration, branding, training, support, AI usage allowances, reporting, handover, travel, taxes and any other costs. Identify included features, dependencies, acceptance tests, delivery dates, payment milestones, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Attach agreed data-processing and service-level schedules. Obtain authorised signatures; this template itself is not a binding quote.
