Service-provider inventory
This inventory identifies integrations in the application, not a certification of active production contracts or a complete legal subprocessor schedule. Hosting regions, backup providers, exact AI routing and deployment-specific recipients must be confirmed before institutional data is uploaded.

For an institutional agreement, request the selected provider and model, processing countries, retention/training configuration, contract/DPA, transfer mechanism, change-notification process and deletion procedure. Until those are confirmed, do not assume all providers are in Ghana, all AI inputs are excluded from training, or all transfers have a particular safeguard.
