Institutional subscriptions and service levels
Annual seat pricing applies per institution. Programme implementation, staff training, special branding, support targets and handover require an agreed written scope. The public offer does not promise a particular uptime percentage or hiring outcome. Review capability boundaries, service-level terms and retention and exit arrangements before contracting.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StudentCVBuilder.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2Description of Service
StudentCVBuilder.com provides an online CV building service specifically designed for Ghanaian students. Our service includes:
- Professional CV templates optimized for the Ghanaian job market
- Guided CV creation process
- CV download in multiple formats (PDF, Word, Text)
- Local data storage for privacy and convenience
3User Accounts & Registration
No account registration is required to use our basic service. Some drafts are stored in your browser; account-backed career data and AI submissions also involve server processing. See the privacy notice for scope. For payment processing, you may need to provide contact information, which will be handled securely through our payment processor, Paystack.
4Pricing & Payments
Free Service
Copying a CV is completely free. This includes access to all templates and features.
Paid Downloads
PDF and Word CV downloads cost GHS 5 each. Payment is processed securely through Paystack.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once a CV has been successfully downloaded. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
5User Conduct
You retain full ownership of all content you input. You are responsible for accuracy and legality. The following are prohibited:

- •Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our templates
- •Interfering with the service's operation or security
6Legal & Privacy
Intellectual Property
Our templates and code are our property. You may use them for your CV, but not redistribute them commercially.
Limitation of Liability
Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to amount paid in past 12 months.
Data Protection & Privacy
Data handling and available privacy controls are described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your CV content.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Free Online Courses Disclaimer
The free online courses available on our platform are provided for educational purposes only. We do not own, create, or claim ownership of these courses. These courses are shared freely and are intended to help students access quality educational content.
